Skanska, Walsh teams submit interest in $525M I-405 job

Teams led by Skanska and Walsh have submitted their interest to design and build about 4.5 miles of dual express toll lanes (ETLs) in the Bothell area for the Washington State Department of Transportation. The contract's estimated cost ranges from $450 million to $525 million.


French school pays over $13M for Rainier Valley block

A full block in the Rainier Valley, at 2203 23rd Ave. S., recently sold for $13.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was Paine Property LLC, which acquired the property in 2006 for $3.7 million.
