60 Ballard units up for final review, after 4-year pause

This rendering, looking southeast, doesn’t reflect neighboring project Ballard Crossing, now under construction on the former Corry’s drycleaning site.

What some still call the Zesto's corner in Ballard, later home to El Camion, last changed hands in late 2019. The seller then was Pryde Development, which with architect Clark Barnes was seeking to entitle a five-story, 60-unit apartment plan — then dubbed Blue Birch. (It originated under the subsequently dissolved Pryde + Johnson.)
