111 Tacoma units trade for over $46M

The building is within walking distance to the UPS campus.

The fairly new Sixth & Alder, at 3118 Sixth Ave. in Tacoma, sold this week for about $46.2 million, according to Pierce County records. The seller was 6th & Alder Partners LLC, associated with Affinity Management, which acquired the land between 2009-2016 for $1.9 million, then developed the six-story, 111-unit building.
