Urban Visions plans 340 units in SoDo, east of stadiums

The new apartment proposal doesn’t affect the larger south Project S plan.

Urban Visions owns a lot of land on the east side of SoDo, east of Fourth Avenue South, with its big unbuilt office project there known as Project S. Immediately north of that site, at 831 Seattle Blvd. S., are some parking lots and an old building used as an art gallery. (Seattle Boulevard is the old Diagonal Avenue; SDOT changed the name in 2010.)
