North Seattle Church of the Nazarene has long owned its property at 13130 Fifth Ave. N.E., just east of Interstate 5 in the Pinehurst area. It's also mere steps north of the planned new Northeast 130th Station, which Sound Transit will add to the light-rail extension from Northgate to Lynnwood. That might open in 2026.

19 Rainier Valley condos planned

Africatown Community Land Trust owns a development site at 2423 S. Walker St. in the Rainier Valley. There was a plan three years ago from Weber Thompson for a five-story, 48-unit residence for formerly homeless youth. That's apparently now dead.
