5-story apartment plan for West Seattle

A small medical office building at 4700 36th Ave. S.W. sold last year for $2.4 million. Now there's a new five-story apartment plan filed by the owner, an Eastside investor, with the number of units not yet specified.

PCL starts Interval on Mercer office towers bordering SLU

The construction effort for the first of two Interval on Mercer office towers isn't yet below grade, but it's close. In recent weeks, all the old low-rise buildings have been scraped for the east and west towers, both to overlook Mercer Street near South Lake Union.


Nitze-Stagen's 760 Aloha is open for prospective tenants

Contractor R Miller began work on the 760 Aloha St. office conversion project in December of 2021. And last month, the city issued a certificate of occupancy for the now six-story, 40,968-square-foot building. Newmark is brokering the space for owner Nitze-Stagen.

Concord Pacific rises at 2300 Sixth

The two-tower, 45-story project is slated to have 1,059 apartments and a small amount of office space. Concord Pacific began digging during the pandemic, then paused for a long time before restarting in the fall of last year.
